Common questions
How do I print? Every editor has a Print button. Printing uses your device’s built-in print system (AirPrint on iOS, Android print services) — make sure your printer is on the same Wi-Fi network.
Why do bain-marie tickets print twice? Each ticket prints as a front + back pair on purpose, so it can be read from both sides of the display. A sheet holds 5 tickets.
What paper do I need? Sandwich labels and tickets print on plain A4. Bulk display posters print on A4, A3 or A2 landscape. Shelf strips print 3 to an A4 landscape page; counter strips print 6.
Is my data backed up? Everything you type is stored only on your device — the app works fully offline with no account. See the privacy policy.
